As of September 5, 2008 we are providing a new file upload tool for your use. This is being done to improve data transfer reliability, and to get your files to us more quickly than before. If you have not used the new version yet, you will need to apply for a new account by clicking on the "Request A New Account" link below. The application process is easy, and the new account will be approved and available for your use within 30 minutes.

If you have previously told your web browser to memorize the address and/or login information for our old file upload tool, you should apply for a new account, then have your browser memorize the address of the new File Transfer Center. Attempts to browse directly to the old File Manager will simply be linked back to this page.

You must have a valid username and password in order to upload files. If you do not already have these, you may request a new account by clicking on the following link. You will receive an email as soon as your account has been approved and activated, usually within a few minutes.
